Welcome Budding Artists,

We are so proud of what you have achieved in Jacqueline Hill’s art classes and workshops that we want to present you with an opportunity to have your favourite artworks on gallery walls in a professional exhibition!

There is an entry fee of $20 per artwork, to be paid once your artwork has been selected for display. Due to space constraints, Art at Heart will select artworks to be displayed from all entries.

Artworks can be started, completed or worked on during any Art at Heart classes or in your own time.

Please Complete and Return the entry form and other attachments by email by 26 May.

UPDATE 13/05/2019

Artists can now submit artwork into fledgling 2019 that is NOT for sale. To do this, put “0” in the sale price section of the form.

2. List of at least one class you have done with Art at Heart (including Workshops and private lessons)
3. Images of artwork(s) (jpeg max 1MB per image)

Entry closing date: 26 May 2019

Artwork postage: arrive at gallery before 7 June 2019

Artwork delivery: Mon 10 June 2019 (between 9am – 4:30pm)
or Wed 12 June 2019 (between 9am – 8:30pm)

Opening night: Fri 14th June 2019 (6pm – 8pm, admittance is free – charity donation for bubblies or mulled wine)

Exhibition dates: Fri 14 June – Sun 16 June 2019 (9am – 5pm, admittance is free)

Unsold artwork collection: Mon 17 June 2019 (between 9am – 4:30pm)
or Wed 19 June 2019 (between 9am – 8:30pm)

Payment to artists: Payments may take up to one month to process. Payment is selling price less 25% commission and any incidental fees.
